The history of Parker's Crane

We are a family owned and operated business, and has been since its inception in the 1960s. 

Lewis Parker Sr. began our operation originally as a demolition and grading company. It wasn’t until the mid 70s that the business began renting cranes as well. 

Lewis’ son, Charlie (one of the current owners), began working with his dad as a young boy. He was pretty thrilled to be around all the serious machinery. Charlie’s younger brother, Tim, later joined in the fun as well. These boys learned all aspects of the business, eventually assuming ownership when Lewis retired in 1984. 

Over time, Parker’s Crane has slowly transitioned from demolition and grading, to crane rental and crane and construction equipment transportation. 

We’re happy to continue to be run by family as well as a lot of really good folks. We strive to provide the best products, service, and customer care around, and truly appreciate our customers for being a part of a very personal effort here at Parker’s Crane.
